  Erazor - One Night In Bangkok    

1984년 Murray Head에 의해 발표되었으며 1986년 영국에서

올려진"Chess" 라는 뮤지컬에 삽입되기도 했던 노래입니다.

중독성있는 리듬과 벽을 치는 듯한 강렬한 비트가 노래를 듣고난 후에도

오래동안 귀에 남는 곡이죠. 이 곡은 아바의 멤버였던

베니 앤더슨과 본 율베우스가 만든 곡으로도 유명합니다.

가사는 라이온킹등의 영화음악의 가사를 담당한 팀 라이스가 맡았구요

뮤지컬은 쫄딱 망했다고 들었지만 여러 버젼으로 편곡되어 우리나라를 비롯한

여러나라에서 히트한 노래 입니다.

1984년 11월 영국 차트에 처음 올라 약 13주 동안 차트에 머물렀으며

한때 차트 순위 12위에까지 오르기도 했다고 합니다. 이후 1985년 4월에는 싱글커트되어

빌보드 9위까지 올랐으며 스웨덴을 비롯하여 프랑스, 호주, 벨기에, 오스트리아, 남아프리카 공화국,

덴마크, 이스라엘, 서독, 스위스, 네덜란드 등의 차트에서도 정상에 올랐습니다.
